Garantizamos, con nuestros servicios, la trazabilidad y tratamiento del yeso, en concordancia con las obligaciones de la nueva normativa.<\/p>\n<p>En aplicaci\u00f3n de las Directivas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea 2018\/851 y 2019\/904, se ha modificado la ley espa\u00f1ola de Residuos y Suelos Contaminantes. El cambio normativo obliga al constructor a efectuar una gesti\u00f3n previa y separada del residuo de yeso en la misma obra o demolici\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n le obliga a buscar una v\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n para garantizar la trazabilidad del residuo.<\/p>\n<p>Germans Ca\u00f1et Xirgu, empresa de reciclaje y de residuos, conoce de primera mano la problem\u00e1tica del yeso. De forma resumida encontramos tres problem\u00e1ticas: la primera, es un material dificultoso de valorizaci\u00f3n (es un residuo no inerte), la segunda, por los gastos de gesti\u00f3n elevados y, finalmente, por la contaminaci\u00f3n de los otros residuos con los que van asociados.<\/p>\n<p>Si se encuentra con la necesidad de valorizaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y reciclaje del yeso, no dude en contactar con Ca\u00f1et Xirgu.
